Shipping address

Criativae ships to the address you provide at checkout. Please double check it before you place your order so your package reaches you without delay.

Order processing time

Once your payment is confirmed, our team picks, packs and dispatches your order within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. A small number of products may need a little extra preparation time, and that is always shown on the product page.

Estimated delivery time

Your delivery estimate is calculated from your ZIP code and shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Because we ship from more than one fulfillment center, the timeline can vary by product and region.

Unforeseen events such as postal delays, public holidays, severe weather or delivery restrictions may extend delivery times.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. The first carrier updates can take up to 48 hours to appear. You can follow your package at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Split shipments

Items from the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days, depending on which facility holds them. When that happens you receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, at no extra cost to you.

If no one is available to receive the package

Please make sure someone can receive your order at the delivery address. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available on any attempt, the package is held at the nearest facility or pickup point, and it must be collected within 7 calendar days.

If it is not collected, carrier policy returns the package to the sender, and a new shipping fee applies to send it again.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Criativae is not responsible for shipping information entered incorrectly or incompletely at checkout. If an address error causes the package to be returned to the sender, no further delivery attempt is made. Orders that cannot be delivered for this reason are not eligible for a refund, and a new shipping fee, including logistics and handling, applies to send the order again.

Where your order ships from

Criativae is an international brand and operates its own fulfillment centers in more than one country. Depending on the product, your order may ship from within the United States or from one of our facilities abroad. All applicable costs are settled by us before the product leaves the warehouse, so you never pay anything beyond the amount shown at checkout.
